Creating Dunning letters in oracle r12

This relates to Creating New Dunning letters in oracle r12
Step 1. Switch to XML Publisher Administrator
Click on Templates
Enter Name, Code
Application : Collections
Data Definition : Collection XML Data Source

Then upload RTF.

Step 2. Switch to Collection Administrator
Click on Manage Quires

Select Level
Then Paste the Custom Query in Query Editor
Then click on Apply.

Step 3. Click on Manage Templates Quires
Then click on Assign Query
Then select the Template name which was created using @Step 1
Then select the Query Description which was created using @Step 2
Then Apply

Step 4. Switch to Collection Administrator
Then click on Set Up Check List
->Collections Method Setup
Replace the Standard Letter with New letter
based on Requirement(@Dunning level @Scoring Level)
