Creating Employee as Supplier In Oracle APPS

The main reason behind creating Employee  as Supplier to raise Employee  expenses.

Extract the Employee data and validate it then Load data in the below interface tables.

ap_suppliers_int(Suppliers)

ap_supplier_sites_int(Sites)

ap_sup_site_contact_int (Contacts)

iby_temp_ext_bank_accts(Banks)

For creating Employee to Supplier VENDOR_TYPE_LOOKUP_CODE and  EMPLOYEE_ID are mandatoty in ap_suppliers_int, 

the VENDOR_TYPE_LOOKUP_CODE sholud be 'EMPLOYEE' 

and EMPLOYEE_ID should be PERSON_ID from PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F.

For normal Suppliers EMPLOYEE_ID should be null and VENDOR_TYPE_LOOKUP_CODE sholud be 'STANDARD' 

run the Standard import program for suppliers, sites and contacts.Employee Data will get created as Supplier in the system with all site and bank details. 

Then Employees can create  expenses and submit for Approval.After approve then Invoice will creates in AP against that expense report. So then validate the invoice and pay. Payment will credited to employees bank.

The below query will give the End to End details raising expense report to Payments made  against.
